At Beacon Property Management, we pride ourselves in making our resident's needs our number one priority. To reinforce this practice, we offer the following:

- You will be treated fairly and honestly by a team of professionals that care about you.
- We will respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Our goal is to correct routine requests within this 24 hour period or on the next business day.
- We want you to feel at home in your new community. To help you become acclimated to your new home, neighbors and surrounding areas, we will provide a welcome package containing information on social activities and area information.
- We will have your residence prepared to the highest standard of quality and your satisfaction upon move in.
- If you are not satisfied with your new Beacon Management apartment for any reason, you may cancel your lease within the first 30 days without penalty.
- You have the option to transfer to another apartment within your community, or any other Beacon Management community, at any time. You must sign a new 12-month lease and transfer fee may apply.
- If you experience a job loss or transfer, you may cancel your lease by giving a 60-day written notice and signing a release agreement. For residents in their first year's lease, a turnover fee will apply.
