At Beacon Property Management, we pride ourselves in making our residents needs
our number one priority. To reinforce this practice, we offer the following:
|
- You will be treated fairly and honestly by a team of professionals
that care about you.
- We will respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Our goal
is to correct routine requests within this 24 hour period or on the next business
day.
- We want you to feel at home in your new community, so to help you
become acclimated to your new home, neighbors and surrounding areas, we will provide
welcome packages with containing information on social activities and area information.
- We will have your residence prepared to the highest standard of quality
and your satisfaction upon move in.
- If you are not satisfied with your new Beacon Management apartment
for any reason, you may cancel your lease within the first 30 days without penalty.
- You have the option to transfer to another apartment within your
community, or any other Beacon Management community, at any time. You will sign
a new 12-month lease and transfer fee will apply.
- If you experience a job loss or job transfer, you may cancel your
lease by giving a 60-day written notice and signing a release agreement. For residents
within their first years lease, a turnover fee will apply.
